Optional patch "KB5010414" is now available for Windows 11. Addresses taskbar enhancements and print / driver issues.Install as needed
Microsoft has started distributing an additional optional patch (commonly known as the "C" patch) "KB5010414" for PCs running Windows 11.
In this optional patch "KB5010414", the clock and date are added to the taskbar of other monitors (multi-monitor environment), and the weather forecast content is displayed on the left side of the taskbar when the taskbar is placed in the center. We've also added some new features, such as the long-awaited taskbar enhancements, as well as addressing printing and driver bug issues.
Note that "KB5010414" is an optional patch that does not include security fixes, and it is not necessary to forcibly install it if there are no particular problems. Please perform the installation work if necessary.

Recent emails may not appear in search results for Microsoft Outlook desktop apps
■ Bug Summary: Recent emails may not be displayed in the search results of the desktop app of Microsoft Outlook. This issue is related to email stored locally in a PST or OST file. This issue can affect POP and IMAP accounts, accounts hosted on Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365. If the default search for Microsoft Outlook apps is set to server search, this issue only affects advanced searches.
■ Workaround: To mitigate this issue, disable Windows desktop search and use the search built into Microsoft Outlook. For instructions, see Outlook search does not show recent email after Windows update KB5008212.
■ Response: Microsoft is considering a solution and will provide an update in a future release.

The installation method of the optional patch "KB5010414" for Windows 11 is as follows. * Because it is an "option patch", please install it if necessary.
If you want to get it from "Check for Updates" of Windows Update, please follow the steps below.
First, open the "Settings" app and then open "Windows Update" at the bottom.
Click Download and install next to the "2022-02 x64-based Windows 11 Cumulative Update (KB5010414)" that appears. If it is not displayed, click [Check for Updates].
