Introducing ℃, a capsule hotel specializing in sauna and sleep designed by Schema Architects
"℃ (Dosee)" designed by Schema Architects, which creates spaces that impress visitors with their humorous imagination, is a new transit service that specializes in saunas and sleep. Saunas, which are said to have originated in Finland, are regarded as something of a bonus to hot bath facilities in Japan, but among some enthusiasts who know the value of saunas, they are developing while interpreting them in a uniquely Japanese style. .
The affiliated hotel of "9h ninehours" has opened the Gotanda store following the Ebisu store. ℃, which dispels the image of conventional capsule hotels, features exposed wood and concrete, and an inorganic interior that follows the landscape. At ℃, the sauna follows the authentic Finnish style, and while the room is kept at a constant temperature of around 90°C, you can enjoy a steam bath by pouring mint water over the heated sauna stones yourself. . In addition, instead of a cold water bath for cooling down, we have prepared a TOTO warm pillar that controls the water flow from overhead so that it clings to the body, and is controlled exclusively for cold water. It is possible to relax and cool down while sitting on the bench.
The Gotanda store, which used to be a public bath in the basement, is exclusively for male customers due to its geographical location. Whether you are a professional sauna user or a sauna amateur, how about experiencing the exhilarating feeling of refreshment as your blood vessels expand and contract repeatedly in the refined space of ℃, warming your core?
