The KardiaMobile Card was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in November 2021, and can measure a 1-lead ECG in 30 seconds. The product is paired with a smartphone via Bluetooth and can detect six types of arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation, bradycardia, tachycardia, and ventricular premature contraction. The KardiaMobile Card starts at $149 and comes with one year of KardiaCare. With KardiaCare, users can take advantage of ECG reports, ECG diagnostics by cardiologists, cloud services, ECG sharing features, weight and blood pressure monitoring, and medication records.
Apple Watch electrocardiogram app sued for patent infringement

However, after the Apple Watch was equipped with an electrocardiogram app, sales were discontinued, and Apple has filed a lawsuit with the United States International Trade Commission, alleging that it infringed three of AliveCor's patents.
