When purchasing a product for which the delivery method of Easy Rakuma Pack (Japan Post) is specified, if it is delivered as a Yu-Pack, the user can use the "Specify delivery destination" item on the "Purchase product" screen to open the front door. You can specify the delivery location from 7 locations such as the delivery box and meter box.

Rakuten says that as the number of transactions increases, the number of redelivery at the time of product delivery will increase, and the delivery will lead to a decrease in redelivery, which will also lead to a reduction in CO2 emissions at the time of delivery.

The service will start after 12:00 on February 14th. To use the product, it is necessary to meet the conditions such as the product price is 100,000 yen or less, and the delivery place is in the same building or the same premises as the recipient's address and place of residence.
