In fact, when I joined the cabinet, there were three agreements (aggregation) instead of contracts (contracts), and I agree with the Cabinet. The first of the agreement is "independence of the place." I work anytime, anywhere, everywhere. Lots of pandemic, remote work in this Cabinet, was a standard environment. Before the pandemic happened, I was flying around the world to attend an international conference, but during the pandemic, my work time was even more fulfilling.Now I get up early in the morning to meet friends in the United States and Canadian, chat with friends in the Asian Pacific region in the daytime, and participate in European video conferences at night.I can live in a borderless world and travel around the world in one day.It's a virtual way.
In fact, long before the pandemic occurred, my office had become a common work in my office.The staff works in various places, and video conferences and Sandstorms.IO (Kanban DOCS), Hackmd (Knowledge Base), Rocket.Chat (multifunctional group chat), and POL.We use digital tools such as IS (public opinion voting) to communicate at the same time anytime, anywhere.Anytime, anywhere, everyone can catch up in real time and contribute.When I face a difficult problem, I will sleep in an open discussion.The next morning, when I woke up, my colleagues often had great ideas.Such an event was beyond my expectations!
