Acer announces a 19.9 mm thick gaming notebook with the 12th generation Core H series

　Acer announced new products for its gaming notebook PC brands "Predetor" and "Nitor".

Predator Triton 500 SE

The "Predator Triton 500 SE" uses the 12th generation Core i9 and GeForce RTX 3080Ti Laptop, and the main memory is equipped with LPDDR5-5200 of 32GB. Storage can be installed up to 2TB and supports PCI Express Gen4.

　The thickness of the main body is 19.9mm, which is characterized by its thinness, and is cooled by three 5th generation AeroBlade 3D fans with 89 metal blades. The CPU is coated with liquid metal grease and cooled using four heat pipes.

　The display is 16-inch, and the screen size corresponds to WQXGA (2560 x 1600 pixels). The refresh rate is 240Hz, the response speed is 3ms, and it supports G-SYNC technology.

Predator Helios 300

　The "Predator Helios 300" is a gaming PC equipped with the 12th generation Core i7. The GPU uses GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop or GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop, and the main memory is equipped with DDR5-4800 of 32GB. For storage, a PCI Express Gen4 compatible SSD with an upper limit of 2TB can be used with RAID 0.

　The display is 15.6 type and the resolution is QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels). The refresh rate is 165Hz. This also uses the 5th generation AeroBlade 3D fan, and the body is strongly cooled by liquid metal grease and the company's CoolBoost. A PredatorSense button is provided on the main unit, and fan speed can be controlled in four preset operating modes. With a single press of the built-in Turbo key, you can take full advantage of these settings to improve your gaming performance.

　In addition, a 17.3-inch model with an IPS panel (QHD 165Hz or FHD 165Hz/144Hz) is also available.

Acer Nitro 5

"Acer Nitro 5" is 2 models of 12th generation Core i7 & GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop or Ryzen 6000 & GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop is prepared. The main memory is DDR4-3200 (up to 32GB can be installed) for the Core i7 version and DDR5-4800 for the Ryzen 6000 version. For storage, the Core i7 version can use an M.2 SSD that supports PCI Express Gen 4, and the Ryzen 6000 version has two M.2 slots, a PCI Express Gen 4 compatible slot and a Gen 3 compatible slot.

　The Core i7 version has a QHD/refresh rate of 165Hz, and the Ryzen 6000 version has two sizes: Full HD compatible/refresh rate 144MHz and QHD/165Hz.
